All plans are billed per human agent seat. You can buy more AI replies when they run out. WhatsApp/Meta message fees are extra.
Every plan includes the website chat widget (paste a snippet of code into your site to use it); other channels (WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) count as one each. AI knowledge documents and monthly AI replies are shared across the whole account and don’t multiply with more human agent seats. Website knowledge auto-sync re-reads the pages you’ve added on your plan’s schedule.
